By popular demand, we are very pleased to announce a program
through which you can 'earn' a free admission to BMC2009.
Every year, and, as you can imagine, especially this year, we receive many
requests from folks who would love to attend BMC but just don't have the
funds. They may be students, people in-between jobs, owners of small
businesses or just people who work for companies that won't pay for them to
attend. It happens. We understand.
That being
said, we want you all to be able to attend! So we've developed what
we are calling the BMC Affiliate program to allow you to help us spread
the word, drive attendance and, ultimately, 'earn' a free admission to
Brand ManageCamp - and possibly even more. Here's how it will
work:
Step 1
Get the process started by sending an email with your name, title, company
and contact information to affiliate 'at' managecamp 'dot' com.
Step 2 Once we receive
your request and verify that you are a real person, we will send you the
Official Rules. Once you accept the Official Rules, you will be
issued a custom unique registration code. This code will serve two
purposes. First, it automatically will generate a 15% discount for
anyone who registers for BMC using the code. Second, it will allow
us to link specific registrations back to you.
Step 3 Spread the word! Let
folks know that you can offer them a discount to THE premier conference on
branding and marketing. Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, your blog, your
website, email - these are all great ways drive awareness. Let's
face it, you know folks out there who should be at BMC2009. Now you
are in a position to offer them a great discount.
Step 4 As folks register using
your code, we will keep you informed. As you reach certain
milestones, you will earn BMC freebies. Specifically, when the PAID
IN FULL registrations using your code reaches:
3 = Free admission for you to BMC2009
5 = Free nights at Signature MGM Grand for
10/4-5, 2009
7 = Free airfare (up
to $400) for you to/from BMC2009

We've really been enjoying the folks we've met and the
conversations we've had via Twitter. One of the things we've noticed
is how many really bright, energetic, motivated and insightful brand
marketing minds there are out there! And now, we'd like to give you
a chance to send your favorite Twitter marketing/branding guru to Brand
ManageCamp 2009.
The rules are simple. We have put aside
2 full conference passes to be given away to the top vote-getters (these
are valued at up to $2,499 EACH! They'll have to pay for their own
travel/accommodations though). You can vote for your favorite tweep
or for yourself, but we ask that you only vote once. That being
said, there is nothing wrong with campaigning for yourself or someone else
and trying to rally the masses to generate votes.
In addition to
voting here, you can also tweet your vote. Just send a tweet to
@BrandManageCamp, include the twitter name for whom you'd like to vote,
and make sure to include the hashtag #bmc2009. Any votes via Twitter
that do not include a full twitter name (including '@') AND the hashtag
#bmc2009 will not be counted.
We will combine the votes we
receive here with those from Twitter to determine the total counts.

Voting will end at 11:59pm EDT on July 10th,
2009. The top 2 vote getters will receive the free admission passes
to Brand ManageCamp 2009. In the event of a tie, the 2 winners will
be chosen randomly from among the ties. Winners will be announced
and notified by July 27th, 2009. If a winner turns out to be someone
who has already registered and paid for Brand ManageCamp 2009, they will
receive a free credit for Brand ManageCamp 2010.

2. Within 72 hours of his/her
registration being paid in full, each registered attendee (sometimes
referred to as "you") will automatically be booked a hotel room
in the name of the registered attendee at the Signature at MGM Grand in
Las Vegas for the nights of October 4 & 5, 2009. Room category
will be "Run of the House" or another category in ManageCamp's
sole discretion. ManageCamp will pay the hotel room rate plus room
taxes directly to the hotel for those two nights. Each registered
attendee must furnish a valid credit card to the hotel upon arrival for
all other charges, including in-room meals, Internet access charges,
telephone charges, and other incidentals. No credits or refunds will
be provided if the registered attendee does not require hotel
accommodations for the event.
3. If you would like to
arrive earlier than October 4 or stay later than October 6, you may contact
the hotel directly to add nights, at your own expense, to your reservation
at the Group rate or the hotel's prevailing rates (subject to
availability). The hotel will require you to provide a valid credit
card to guarantee these additional nights according to the hotel's
standard cancellation policy. When you check out, you will not be
charged for the nights of October 4 & 5, 2009 (except for expenses
that are the responsibility of the registered guests).
4. Due to the nature of this promotion, a special cancellation
policy will apply for registered attendees who take advantage of this
offer. Specifically, any cancellation of your BMC2009 registration
for any reason between the date of registration and September 9, 2009 will
result in a forfeiture of a $795 non-refundable deposit. For
cancellations made between the time of registration and September 9th,
2009, the difference between the non-refundable deposit and your
registration fee may be received as a refund or deferred as a credit to be
used on a future ManageCamp event. Cancellations made after September
9th, 2009 will not be eligible for any refunds or credits.
Registration substitutions may be made at any time, and the complimentary
room nights may be transferred to the new attendee. However, the new
attendee will not be eligible for any airfare benefits, which are not
transferable from the original registered attendee.

provided after registration), no sooner than 72 hours after your
registration is paid in full and NO LATER THAN JULY 1st, 2009. If
your airfare (including taxes and fees on the ticket) totals more than
$400, you will be required to provide a valid credit card to Frosch Travel
to pay for the balance. You are responsible for any fees incurred
beyond the purchase of the air ticket, including but not limited to change
fees, baggage fees, insurance, seat selection, ground transportation, and
parking. Routing is at the sole discretion of Frosch Travel and
there is no guarantee of non-stop flights or choice of seats. Use of
the airline ticket is subject to the contract of carriage of the applicable
airline. No payments will be made directly to you - the airfare

$400. No credits, refunds, or other benefits will be provided for
