SVZ-USA is the US based food ingredients arm of international giant SVZ Intl. SVZ-USA wanted to better position itself within the US marketplace and relaunch given their new positioning.
What We Did
ManageCamp designed and executed a major research project that included in-depth competitive analysis as well as customer qualitative research. Numerous 1:1 interviews with customers and potential customers were conducted to better understand the marketplace dynamics, perceptions of competitors, and purchase decision dynamics. From this, a new positioning based on SVZ-USA’s true differentiated strengths was created and the brand was relaunched with new strategy, logo, website, marketing collateral and more. We then, later, worked with SVZ corporate in Europe to redesign the corporate logo and website.
